He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Watters of Crown Point and Margaret (McCauley) of Thorne, Quebec.; and his siblings, Vernard, Vincent (Delia), Daniel (Jean), Kenneth (Margaret), Marion (Barney Stroud) and Elwood.
He is survived by: his wife Agnes (Niven); his children, Debbie (Brian), Robert (Carol) and Linda; his pet Pepper; his grandchildren, Ashley (Jay), Sky (Dylan), Melissa and Kait (Ethan); his great grandchildren, Liya, Angela, Ambrosia and Nate; and his family, Ford and Red.
