With profound sadness, we say goodbye to James Ayer of Ottawa, Ontario, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. James left this world on February 26, 2025 at the age of 82, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Wyman "Jim" Ayer and Mabel Ayer (Henwood); his significant other Ada (Roberts); and his brothers, Lomond and Harold.
He is survived by: his children, Debbie Swan (Lloyd), Judy (Steve), Fenwick and James (Gail); his grandchildren, Carrie (Josh), Amanda (Jim), Jonathan, Jessica, Kaylee, Devon (Alex), Hunter and Raelee; his great grandchildren, Jaelyn, Nirvana, Violet, Joshua, Piper, Maximus, Oland, Hannah, Emma, Dawson, Eli and Abby; his great great grandchild Tyson; and his sister-in-law Marg Ayer.
A funeral service will be held on Sunday, March 2nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 2:45 PM at the Campbell's Funeral Home (98 Church St, Amherst, NS B4H3B4).
