It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jacques Lachance (Ottawa, Ontario), who passed away on January 13, 2021, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his close friend Anna-Maria Tomaselli; his parents, Real Lachance and Doreen Lachance (Nutbrown); his children, Marc, Lisa and Kris (Annie); his grandchildren, Dominique McClory, Maxim Tesic, Derek Laughing and Mason Lachance; and his siblings, Roger (Jasmine), Raymond (Victoria), Suzanne (Rene), Loretta (Kevin), Norman (Manon) and Kirby (Janet).

As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations to Hospice Cornwall would be appreciated by the family.
