He was predeceased by: his former wife Marion. He is survived by: his wife Jacquie; his son David (Sarah); his grandsons, Rowan and Paul; his stepsons, Andrew (Amanda), Christopher (Leslie) and Kyle (Stefanie); and his grandchildren, Zoe, Isabelle, Isla, Aubrey, Noah and River.
