“I am so sorry to hear of the passing of ivan. Although somewhat older than me we came to know each other both growing up in sandy hill ( goulburn avenue ) and then later while he ran kardish deli and eventually when we worked together at r. & a. Cohen furniture. I will remember him as a happy and smiling guy who always had something funny to say. Rest in peace ivan. Alan gaffen”
