It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Ian McCurdie (Ottawa, Ontario), who passed away on June 13, 2022, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family in the guestbook on this memorial page of Ian McCurdie to show support.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Alex and May; his sister Sheila Walker; and his daughter-in-law Julie (Lacelle). He is survived by: his wife Sheila; his children, Glen (Nancy) and Greg (Trish); his grandchildren, PapaIan, P'Ian (James) of Melissa, Matthew (Lauren), Carter (Abby), Cailey, Karli (Travis), Dana and Meghan (Jacob); his great grandchildren, Madelyn and Layne; and his extended Moodie. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, friends.

In lieu of flowers, for those wishing, a donation to the Ontario Provincial Police Youth Foundation, The University of Ottawa Heart Institute or Diabetes Canada would be appreciated.
