He was predeceased by: his wife Shirley "Banni"; his parents, Percy and Flo; and his brother Allan. He is survived by: his children, Allan (Joyce Barbour), Jan Cleary (Michael) and Douglas (Carol Knibbe); his grandchildren, Sean, Liam, Colin, Samantha, Alice and Islay; and his sisters, Connie, Helen and Sharon King (Patrick).
