He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Barclay and June Barclay (Millsteed); and his sister Anne Barclay. He is survived by: his siblings, Shawn, Molly and Karen; his son Liam; and his nieces and nephews, Jordan, Julia, Oliver, Charlotte, Morgan and Ethan.

“Ian was a good friend of mine. I just found out today. He worked for me for a year. He lived a year in one of my rental properties and we were close friends for several years. It’s hard to think of him gone. He was sick a great guy. A true friend and somebody that I will certainly miss. I’ll miss going out on the boat with him and just chilling out as friends as friends do. I will have fond memories of Ian when I think of him. Fantastic guy for sure!!”
