He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Elliott and Barry Elliott; and his brother Teddy Elliott. He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his children, Sarah Cooper (Greg) and Matthew Elliott; his grandsons, Arthur, Robert, William and Thomas Cooper; his brothers, Graham Elliott (Sharon) and Rob Elliott; and his brother-in-law Dave Easby (Anne).

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Dementia Society, Ottawa and Renfrew County or St. Stephen's Anglican Church would be much appreciated.
