With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Hugh Adam (Ottawa, Ontario), born in Davidson, Saskatchewan, who passed away on August 28, 2018 at the age of 97. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his spouse Doreen Adam (Sparling); and his brothers, George Adam and Norman Adam. He is survived by: his children, Sharon (Paul Brez), John (Jennifer) and David (Margaret); his grandchildren, Derek Brez (Amanda), Ryan Brez (Eunice), Alexandra, Morgan, Andrew and Laura Adam; and his great grandchildren, Aria Brez, Addison Brez, Evelyn Brez, Mason Brez and Wesley Brez.

Memorial donations to the The Ottawa Heart Institute, CNIB, Woodroffe United Church or Kiwanis of Sage would be appreciated.
