It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Herbert Durand (Ottawa, Ontario), who passed away on July 2, 2020, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Anna; his sons, Jonathan, Paul (Lauren) and Jason (Katie); his grandchildren, Warren, Piers and Margot; his parents, Lorna and Antony; and his brothers, Ronald (Sue) and Paul (Christine). He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.

To respect current guidelines around COVID-19, the family will reach out to family, friends and former colleagues with details of the visitation and funeral mass.

In lieu of flowers, donations to Parkinson Canada in Ontario North and East or The Snowsuit Fund of Ottawa would be appreciated.
