He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Armstrong and Jessie Armstrong; and his brother James W. Armstrong. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Armstrong; his children, Rosemary (Brian Burt), Michael Armstrong (Rose Carty-Armstrong) and Mark Armstrong (Laura Lang); his granddaughter Taylor D. Burt (Evan Cardiff); and his great grandchildren, Jessie Alexander Cardiff and Cole Henry Cardiff.
