She was predeceased by: her parents, Maria and Gysbert. She is survived by: her husband Dave; her sons, Jeff, Joe, Adam (Jen), Mathew and Jonathan; her pets, Jake and Simon; her siblings, Ria (Theo), Magda (Bill), Corrie (Mark), Sim (Truusje), Coby (Bill), John (Marylin), Anita (Henry) and Gil (Sheri); her friends, Catherine, Rosalee and Lyn; her aunts and uncles, Om Cor and Tante Klaske; and also Bronté. She is also survived by her many nieces, nephews and cousins.
