We are sad to announce that on August 5, 2023, Helen Strain (Ottawa, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her children, Garvin, Andrea (Thomas), Cathy (James), Julia (Mark) and Fiona (Douglas); her grandchildren, Paige (Canada), Gianna, Joey, Nate, Jordan, Brock (Florida), Chase (Elli), Samantha, Thomas and Daniel (Australia); her parents, Julia Rogers and Bill Rogers; and her husband Patrick.

In lieu of flowers, donations to St. Vincent de Paul Society (https://ssvp.ca) &/or Royal Ottawa Hospital, would be greatly appreciated.
