She was predeceased by: her husband Thomas; her parents, Steven McDonald and Mary McDonald; and her siblings, Irene Heatherington (late Wes), Chris Winkie (late Percy), Jean Picard (late Ollie) and Wilbert McDonald (Theresa Fleury).

She is survived by: her siblings, Shirley Belanger (Hector), Renia Calhoun (late Al) and Kempton McDonald (Betty) of Calgary, AB.; her godchild Jody Tomlinson; and her great-nephew Chase.

donations to the University of Ottawa Heart Institute and the Ottawa Humane Society are appreciated by the family.
