He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Splett and Alvina Sonnenberg Splett-Recksiedler; and his wife Rose Alma Splett (McIvor). He is survived by: his children, Evan (Pearl Rotter), Elaine (Dave Mather) and Fay (John Novelli); and his grandchildren, Esther Splett, Ben Pearo and Danielle Pearo.
