She was predeceased by: her parents, Alexander Urquhart and Hazel MacCallum; her husband James Perkins; her sister-in-law Betty Perkins; and her brother Gordon Urquhart.

She is survived by: her children, Barry (Elaine Willard), Darrell (Rhonda Cahill) and Heather; her grandchildren, Meagan MacDonald (Trevor), Kevin (Becky Ouderkirk), Kyle (Dara Barton), Brady and Brett; her great grandchildren, Millie, Dorothy, Scarlett and Shea; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Riley and Connor MacDonald; her siblings, Elsie MacLeod (Kenzie) and Russell Urquhart (Christina); and her cousin Eleanor Davis. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews.
