He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Reid and Lena Reid; and his siblings, Sherwood (Agnes), Hilton (Norma), Mansell (Dorothy), Eunice Hill (William), Hunter (Irene), Lorne (Cleta) and Ruby Proudfoot (Jean Harrison).
He is survived by: his spouse Phyllis Reid; his children, Alison Scott (Donovan) and Bradley Reid (Pam); his grandchildren, Hailey Scott, Connor Scott, Braden Reid and Logan Reid; and his sister Joan McHugh (late Oral). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorial Donations to the Ottawa Hospital Foundation or the Fenaghvale Cemetery would be appreciated by the family.
