He was predeceased by: his brother Malcolm. He is survived by: his wife Betty; his daughters, Nancy (Phil Harding), Cathy (Todd Irick) and Joni (Chris Best); his grandchildren, Tommy Harding, Christy Irick, Gordie Best and Paul Best; and his parents, Olga Marina (Arnason) and Colin Langel Campbell.

Memorial donations may be made to the University of Ottawa Heart Institute or to Red Pine Camp's memorial fund.
