He is survived by: his wife Jean Lyle Budd Culham; his sister Margaret Ann Hicks; his children, Douglas (Maureen), Allan (Mira), Barbara (Lincoln) and Beverley (Michael); his grandchildren, Katherine (Keith), Andrew, Jeffrey (Colleen) and Allison; and his great grandchildren, Killian and Eleanor.
Visitation will be held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Central Chapel of Hulse, Playfair & Mc (315 McLeod St, Ottawa, ON K2P1A2). A funeral service will be held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
