He was predeceased by: his daughter Jane Aubrey (Steve). He is survived by: his close friend Theresa Lavigueur; his daughters, Kerry Tremblay (Lee) of Calgary and Patricia Wilson; his grandchild Robin Churchill (Jason); his great grandchildren, Dominic and Jasmine; his granddaughter Jennifer Tremblay (Gord Ross); his great grandchildren, CJ, Nick and Darcy; his grandson Joe Aubrey (Shana); his great grandchildren, Lily, Caroline and JJ; his granddaughter Stephanie Gillespie (Justin); his great grandchild Felicity; and his grandchildren, Pamela, Kyle and Krista Wilson.

Donations may be made in his honour to the Perley and Rideau Veterans' Health Centre Foundation, 1750 Russell Road, Ottawa, Ontario K1G 5Z6.
