With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gerald Regis Toomey (Ottawa, Ontario), who passed away on November 3, 2020 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, George and Marie Elise. He is survived by: his spouse Shirley; his sons, Brian (Carolyn) and David (Minerva); his sister Minnie; and also, Peacekeeping, Egypt and Israel. He is also survived by eight siblings, and will be missed by his sister as well his large extended family.

In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to the Shepherds of Good Hope or to the Humane Society, in his memory.
