He was predeceased by: his parents, Gergi Housseini of Lebanon and Shahla Housseini of Lebanon; and his siblings, Elias (Samira Zaydan), Yvonne (late Elias El Habbaki), Hanni (Youssef Matar) and Alice (Halim Matar).

He is survived by: his spouse Nadia El-Khoury; his children, Nelly (Gibran Sarouf), Norma (Wajdi Georges), Mireille (Alexandre Salloum) and Monique (Charbel Abouzeid); his grandchildren, Chadi, Lara, Ramy, Lissa, Marc, Chloé, Léa, Olivia, Christophe and Mila; and his siblings, Salwa (late Toni El Housseini) and Ernestine (late George Nassar).
