He is survived by: his children, Laurie Colson (Bill) and Cathy Mandzuk (Bob); his stepchildren, Larry Spence (Rose), Susan Lambert (Martin), Carolyn Wheeler (Mark) and David Spence (Janet); and his grandchildren, Julie Rintoul (Scott), Linnaea Harrison (Christopher), Laura Silva (Jose), Tessa Nagassar (Rory) and Tristan Worden (Stephen Spence).

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Manotick Royal Canadian Legion 314 would be appreciated by the family.
