He was predeceased by: his parents, Helen and Bernard; and his brother Charles. He is survived by: his wife Paula; his daughters, Kathryn (Jon) and Kristina (Patrick); his grandchildren, Olivia, Mia and Alex; his sister Rita (Terry); and his nieces, Erika (Gary) and Heidi (John). He is also survived by many cousins, extended family.
In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Frank can be made to the Ottawa Humane Society.
