It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Frederick Neal (Ottawa, Ontario), who passed away on January 10, 2020, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family in the guestbook on this memorial page of Frederick Neal to show support.

He is survived by: his wife Sarah; his children, Darcy (Sylvain), David (Sarah) and John (Nadine); his grandchildren, Myriam, Symeon, Emily, Rachel, Oliver, Sophie, Caroline and Audrey; and his great grandchildren, Joshua, Samuel and Julia.

He had a great memory for detail and could recall events reliably when we needed them for discussion. Just ask Fred. He was a fine gentleman and I’m very happy that I had the opportunity to get to know him. He was such an amazing volunteer; he set a very high standard for us all. Deep sympathy to you Sarah.
