He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Bollman and Mildred Bollman; and his former wife Barbara Jean. He is survived by: his wife Josephine Bollman (McPhee); his children, Cheryl Howlett, John McPhee, Eric McPhee, Shawn McPhee, Mark McPhee (Paige) and Stephen Bollman (Pamela); and his sisters-in-law, Shirley McPhee and Mabel McLellan. He is also survived by his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
