He is survived by: his spouse Diane Ranger; his children, Randy Picard-Skinner (Debbie) and Kariann Picard-Skinner; his grandfather Fred; his siblings, Oliver (Yvette) and Sonia (Art Lachapelle); and also, Justin, Kate and Morgan. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
