He was predeceased by: his spouse Joyce Isabel Hudson (Gough); and his daughter Margaret Jane Hudson. He is survived by: his child Janice Elizabeth Hudson of Ottawa; his grandfather Jennifer Ellen Smuck of Ottawa; his child-in-law Alan David Smuck of Ottawa; and his friends, Robert Allum and Charles McDougall.

Memorial donations to St. Luke's Anglican Church, Heart & Stroke Foundation or to the Kidney Foundation would be appreciated by Fraser's family.
