He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Perkins and Monica Perkins; and his sisters, Patricia and Cheryl. He is survived by: his children, James Lapenskie (Vannisa), Jesse Blake, Ishia Ryan (Zach) and Jahmai Lapenskie; his grandchildren, La'Kya and Maverick; his nephew Negus; and his niece Ayana.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 29th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:45 PM at the Capital Funeral Home & Cemetery (3700 Prince of Wales Dr, Ottawa, ON K2C3H1). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, April 29th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the same location. A reception will be held on Tuesday, April 29th 2025 from 1:45 PM to 3:15 PM at the same location.
