She was predeceased by: her husband Albert Albinati; her daughter Rachel Cameron; and her brothers, Murray Smith and Frank Smith. She is survived by: her former husband Jack Cameron; her siblings, Margaret Torrance, Shirley Carpenter and Norma Smith; her children, Leah (Dave), Sydney and Andre (Corianne); and her son-in-law Glenn Cameron. She is also survived by six grandchildren and three great-grand children.
In lieu of flowers, donations are encouraged to *Reaching New Heights, a fundraiser for Frances' grandson, Hollis, to help support his mobility and independence.
