She was predeceased by: her husband Fred Davediuk; and her parents, Charles Collins and Ollie Collins. She is survived by: her daughters, Heather Gingrich (Fred), Cathy Gainforth (Don) and Tanya Wadden; her grandchildren, Brandon, Nathan, Jessica (Brad), Sheri (Bradley), Kristi, Kane, Jonah, Sasha and Talia; her great grandchildren, Rico, Hunter, Jameson and Madden; and her siblings, Joy Sprinks, Harold and Paul Collins.

After a long battle with Alzheimer's, Faith slipped peacefully away to be with the Lord she loved and served at the age of 92.
