We are sad to announce that on March 7, 2021, at the age of 91, Evelyn Loucks-Richardson of Ottawa, Ontario, born in Sharbot Lake, Ontario passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her former husband Kenneth Roland Richardson; and her siblings, Geraldine, Janet, Marjorie, Bill, Joan, Elsie and Elizabeth.

She is survived by: her stepchildren, Barbara Richardson (Randy Benker) and Mark Richardson (Pam); her stepgrandsons, Joshua and Kevin; her friend Nancy Zuro; and her husband Ken. She is also survived by her many nieces, nephews and their children.
