She is survived by: her children, Harley, Laurie Bloom (Ottawa), Ira, Carol Bloom (Toronto), Brad and Mindy Bloom (Toronto). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and friends.

“To Harley, Ira, Brad and families, We were so sorry to learn of your dear mother’s passing. We both worked with your father,z’l at the Ottawa Civic Hospital and moved to Guelph in 1978 when Ken took the position of director of psychology and behavioural medicine at Homewood. We remember both of your parents with great fondness and admiration. Our thoughts are with you at this time and we extend our most sincere sympathy. Fondly, Pauline and Ken Breitman”
