She was predeceased by: her parents, Flore Ida and Osias Charlebois; her husband Roméo Serafin; and her siblings, Léopold, Alonzo, Laurier, Aurèle, Neil, Huguette, Florian and Marie-Thérèse.

She is survived by: her children, Robert Serafin (Joanne Sincennes), Johanne Serafin (Gilbert Nadeau), Nicole Serafin (Tony Hayes) and Paul Serafin; her grandchildren, Stéphane Serafin (Susana Lee), Julie Serafin and Thierry Serafin Nadeau; her stepgrandchildren, Kristen Hayes (Chris Pruner), Gabrielle Hayes and Valérie Hayes; her great grandchildren, Théodore Lee-Serafin and Étienne Lee-Serafin; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Marcus and Lydia; and her sisters, Gisèle Gaudet and Carmen Charlebois. She is also survived by her many brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Due to Covid-19 restrictions, the Funeral Mass will be by invitation only on Friday, April 23, 2021 at 10:30 a. m. Attendees are required to wear a face mask and will be asked to respect and practice social distancing.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to the University of Ottawa Heart Institute would be appreciated by the family.
