He is survived by: his wife Carolyn; the father of his child Colin; his siblings, Beatrice Klassen (Robert) and Inger Curwin (Brian); his nieces and nephews, Eric, Annika and Katherine; his father-in-law Peter Meincke; and his brother-in-law Tom Meincke (Helen Cullen).
