She was predeceased by: her father Jan Zydzik. She is survived by: her husband Stanislaw Fafara; her children, Pavel, Ania (Patrick) and Tomasz (Melaina); her grandchildren, Alicia, Isabella, Phoenix, Michael, Lyla and Cecile; her mother Maria; and her sisters, Irena and Diane.
