She is survived by: her children, Barry Takacs (Sherry Droeske) of Fredericton, NB and Michelle Takacs (Gus MacMullin) of Ottawa, ON; her grandchildren, Erika Marion (Christopher Myles) of Ottawa, Peter Takacs (Kelly) and Dylan Takacs of Fredericton; her great grandchildren, Indie, Sunny Myles, Elizabeth and Raylan Takacs; and her sisters, Mildred Cooke (late Donald) and Della Boyce (Charles) of Truro, NS. She is also survived by her many nieces, nephews, and friends.
