She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Ashok Rastogi; her son Nikhil; her daughter-in-law Stella Rastogi; her daughter Toolika Rastogi; her grandchildren, Jaya, Kirin and Nish Rastogi; and her sisters, Kusum Varma, Asha Shrivastava and Madhulika Sinha. She was also cherished by sister and also the eldest female cousin in the Sinha clan, her family.
