It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Elizabeth Anne Phillips (Ottawa, Ontario), born in London, Ontario, who passed away on October 28, 2021, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Douglas Phillips; and her parents, James Schertzl and Margaret Nagy. She is survived by: her children, Suzalie Ward (Michael), Martin Phillips (Jane) and James Steven Phillips (Lisa); her grandchildren, Justine Margaret Davis, Gerald Davis (Joy), Alexandra Lee Phillips (Christian), William James Phillips (Vanessa), Amy Margaret Phillips (Philippe) and Jackson William Phillips; her great grandchildren, Kye Michael Davis and Layla Davis; and her pet Macska.

In lieu of flowers, contributions to the University of Ottawa Heart Institute would be appreciated.
