She is survived by: her husband Jeff; her sons, Michael (Roxanne) and Adam (Maggie McMullen); her grandchildren, Cole and Grace; and her brother Mike Phillips (Susan). She is also survived by her many nieces, nephews, close friends.
Memorial donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
