“Dear Larissa: I am so sorry to hear of the passing away of your Mum, Eleanor. How have you been doing? I have not known what type of work you are in. Do you have any children? Here we are all okay. Art has been gone over two and a half years now, and I miss him. Our three children, Layton, Lorne and Lorinda all live in Calgary and Airdrie, so they visit often. I also have eleven grandchildren, and we try to all get together several times a year. For Thanksgiving we had 14 of us. Mertie”
