He was predeceased by: his spouse Ruth (Gavan). He is survived by: his children, Elaine Baxter (Don McLeay), David Baxter and Michael Baxter (Barbara); his grandchildren, Meaghan, David, Laura and Serge; and his parents, Hiram Baxter and Lillian McKee. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
