It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Douglas MacKechnie of Ottawa, Ontario, who passed away on October 26, 2023, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his brothers, Ronald and Laurie. He is survived by: his wife Helen MacKechnie (late Tullis); his children, Peter (Anik Bédard), Stephen (Karen), Cathy (Ted Murphy) and Nancy (Robb Stewart); his grandchildren, Mia, Sam, Emma, Jacob, Nathan, Abby and Jae; and his sister Lorna Townsend (Elmo).
