He is survived by: his wife Janice Small; his son Jacob; his parents, Sandra and Grant; his brother Derek; his sister-in-law Heather; his nephews, Owen and Hayden; and his mother-in-law Sandra Hardy. He is also survived by nieces, as well as many friends.
