It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Douglas Herbert Benn (Ottawa, Ontario), who passed away on January 17, 2019, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Susan; his children, Janis (Rob, Edmonton), Douglas (Orangeville) and Martin (Vancouver); and his grandson William (Ottawa).

In lieu of flowers, donations to Lung Cancer Canada and the Multiple Sclerosis Society of Canada would be appreciated.
