It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Douglas E. H. Carter (Ottawa, Ontario), who passed away on April 22, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Douglas Sr. and Ann of West St; his brother Bill Carter (Judy); his sisters-in-law, Cheryl Carter (Fred) and Elaine Foster (Wayne); his nephew Todd Carter; and his niece Julie Merko.
He is survived by: the fathers of children, Jonathan and Michael; his grandchildren, Logan, Hanna and Jacqueline; and his siblings, Fred Carter, Betty-Ann Taylor (Gerry) and Debbie Carter. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the ALS Society of Canada, whose kindness and support have been such a blessing during difficult times.
