It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Douglas Donald McNeilly (Ottawa, Ontario), who passed away on December 9, 2024, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Hugh Les and Ruby (Hutchins) of Oxford Mills; his siblings, Ellwood (Janice) of Cardinal, Ken (Karen) of Windsor and Elaine Dillabough (Ross) of South Mountain; and also Sharon.

He is survived by: his spouse Fay (Lawson); his daughters, Amy McNeilly (Jeff Scobie) and Sara McNeilly; and his siblings-in-law, Glen Lawson (Barb), Ron Lawson (Merna) and Heather Paveley (Chris). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made in memory of Doug to the Ottawa General Hospital (https://ohfoundation.ca) or the Canadian Cancer Society.
