It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Douglas Baxter Ford (Ottawa, Ontario), who passed away on February 17, 2020, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick William Edgar Ford and Helen Caroline Noble; and his siblings, Edgar, Helen Kostesku and Patricia Heusser.

He is survived by: his children, Ethna (Patrick Hartwick), Frances (Hal Kingston) and Douglas (Chantal); his grandchildren, Ethna (Kombo Hassan), Ashley (Rebecca), Stephen (Becky), Christopher, Douglas and Dylan; and his great grandchildren, Serene Ellie and Joshua.

In lieu of flowers donations to St. Patrick's Basilica Music Ministry will be appreciated.
