With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dorothy Elizabeth Cooligan (Ottawa, Ontario), who passed away on November 16, 2021 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Milton; her sister Margaret; and her parents, Kenneth Campbell and Joy Campbell. She is survived by: her children, David (Rose) and Kathy (Jim); her grandchildren, Jade, Jasmyn, Jordan and Justin Milton; her sister Joan Payne (Jimmy); and her nieces, Debbie and Heather. She is also survived by her in-laws, nieces and nephews, and her many friends.
